Interviews

The shortlisted candidates are scheduled for interviews. Our firm conduct initial interviews to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit. Depending on the arrangement with the client, the final interviews may be conducted by the client company.

Candidate Presentation

We presents the best-suited candidates to the client, along with detailed summaries of their qualifications and assessments.

Client Inverviews

The client conducts interviews with the presented candidates to evaluate their suitability further.

Offer Negotiation

We also assist in negotiations between the client and the selected candidate regarding salary, benefits, and other employment terms. Also ensure that both parties reach a mutual agreement

Onboarding

Once the candidate accepts the job offer, we help with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the new role.

Client Relationship Management

We maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Seek feedback on the candidates placed to improve future matching.
